Since 1991 · Southern Nevada

Built for Opening Night

No build-out type packs more code, more trades, and more schedule pressure into fewer square feet than a restaurant. Hoods and fire suppression, grease interceptors, health district requirements, dining-room finishes that photograph well and wear hard — all of it converging on one immovable date: opening night.

Baker Construction has been building for southern Nevada’s restaurant operators for decades. We know the Southern Nevada Health District plan-review process, we know the inspectors, and we sequence kitchen equipment, utilities, and finishes so the final inspections line up instead of piling up.

Whether it is a first location, a franchise build to brand standards, or a remodel between lease terms, we deliver dining rooms and kitchens that pass inspection the first time and open on the date the invitations already say.

Restaurant Construction Questions

A full-service restaurant typically runs twelve to eighteen weeks from permit to open; quick-service can be faster. The critical path is almost always health district review and equipment lead times — both of which we start managing before ground is broken.
Yes. We prepare and walk the plans through SNHD review, build to the approved set, and schedule the health inspections in the right order so opening day is not hostage to a re-inspection.
We coordinate directly with your equipment vendor on rough-in drawings, delivery dates, and setting — the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing land exactly where the spec book says.
Regularly. We build to national brand standards and criteria sets, and we translate them through Clark County and city permitting — the part the franchise manual never covers.
